How do I convince my mom to let me play a sport next year?
When Jim Thome returns from injury the White Sox offense will take off. They really miss his powerful left handed bat.For more on the White Sox and MLB, check this site out. http://www.factipedia.com/sportsblogs/ml...
Does anyone know where i can find a Softball team in Pomona?
I think they'll heat up vs. the Cubs. Just a gut feeling.I don't understand people (the papers, not just the guy upstairs) say when Thome gets back. Thome WAS in the line-up and they were still stinking up the joint. How is he gonna turn everyone around now?
But I am excited that the boys can't hit worth a damn and are only 4 back? When they get it going they should be good for September.
GO SOX!
This is 4 real newyork mets fans not bandwagoners?
Most are not going to. Dye, Iguchi, Cintron, Rob Mack, Gustavo Molina, Luis Terraro, Pablo Ozuna. Two of these guys are stars. The rest are not. This club was supposed to be made for small ball, but they cannot hit a darn thing. It is the home run or nothing. Just like 2004.And just like that year, Konerko cannot hit anything. But maybe that will change after the All Star break. And Crede is back to his old ways of taking too long of swings, and he cannot hit a thing either. Uribe is the only guy hitting (with Erstad also), and how long can that last? This club needs to be taken apart. It is not 2005 anymore. No more Dye, Iguchi, Cintron or Podsednik. Time for Sweeney, Owens are Fields.
Who is the only 2nd baseman to win world series mvp?
Well hopefully in these next two series against the Yankees and Cubs. If they can't manage some offense against those two teams then it might be a while before we start to see them hitting again. As soon as we get Thome and Pods back we will have a boost of offense. Those two were leading the team in batting before they got injured. Also Konerko, Dye, and Crede will eventually find their stroke. Guys who are that talented will always come around. Don't forget that all of these guys have had slumps like this before in their career. Unfortunately this time they all are in it together. You should be looking at the brightside right now though. Despite our offense being dead last in MLB, we are only 3.5 games out of first place. Just think how good we will be when that offense returns.More Questions & Answers...
