As much as I would like to see them make it, I don't think they have the pitching (starters or relief) to compete.Their offense is fine, but outside of Halladay, you have injuries or mediocrity. When Chacin is your #3 starter and your 4th and 5th were determined by a battle amongst previous write-offs (Okha, Thompson, Zambranco and Towers) that's not a great sign.
They have some arms in the pen, but not enough to keep them in gaves while the hitting can catch up.

Thomas can go either way hes getting old, but i dont think he will be the reason the jays dont win it all or even make the playoffs for that matter.
