Like it or not, Bonds is entitled to the presumption of innocence.I too share your disdain for Bonds and his breaking of Hank Aaron's home run record. Hammerin' Hank had to deal with much worse stuff than Barry Bonds ever had to deal with. Think about Hank Aaron playing in Atlanta in the 1960s.

I'm not a Barry Bonds fan,but on his behalf I would say he has not been charge with any wrong doings either by the law or by the base ball commisionerI think we r focusing too much on Bonds, should he be allowed to break aarons record, no, but its not like hes gonna come out and do the right thing, so we have to make selig, who is way to afraid of hurting somebodys feelings, decide what the hell hes gonna do, and how hes gonna do it, whether it b stop bonds from playing, or put an asterisk in the record book. The comish is the only person who can stop him.
You didn't mention it but I'll assume you mean because of steroids. It's never been proven that he took enhancements and there wasn't a rule in baseball for it until very recently. I've talked about this subject at great lengths in other posts on here so I'll keep it shorter than normal. You know that Jason Giambi admitted to using steroids right? He still plays baseball, along with Sammy Sosa(another suspected enhancement user). Do you want them off the field as well? Or is it just the breaking of the homerun record that bothers you?

It's not about steriods, because there is NO proof Bonds did steroids!! What makes you think Aaron didn't do any drugs, remember the 60's and 70's was the biggest era for drugs, and they had no testing back then. If Aaron was any kind of man he wouldn't be crying about Bonds breaking his record, Bonds was man enough to say he hopes A-rod breaks his record!!
