Softball help?

Question:i love helping my little sis with stuff she has rectelny started playing softball and i dont know anything about it and i would like to tell her tips and help her i used to help her all the time when we were doing cheerleadeing

for fielding grounders...always keep your eye on the ball and your glove touching the ground
for fielding fly balls...the first step is back then you can run in on it, also run with your glove tucked in
for batting...make sure you are stepping towards the pitcher, the bat is stayign level, watch the ball all the way, and have confidence
for base running...when stealing always slide and when running to first always run through the bag don't slow down, 2nd & 3rd you CANNOT overun or else you could be tagged out.

Ok if you think your a big Baseball fan help me out with this Question about a deal in my yahoo baseball pool!

if your sister is a catcher then have her do squating exercises, have her practice throwing down the ball to second base and keeping people from stealing and getting infront of the ball to stop
if your sister plays second base or shortstop show her how to be a cutoff for when a ball is hit into the outfeild, you run out to the middle of second base and where teh ball is so that its easier to get it there then a longer throw.

for more basic stuff when you catch a pop fly make sure you get under the ball, and dont be afraid of it and MAKE SURE YOU CALL IT !
when batting always watch the ball untill it hits the bat, make sure when you step forward you step towards the pitcher, also make sure your elbow is always up and usually its alot easier if you have a count in your head in the speed of the pitcher. and what helps for me is when theres a really slow pitcher and you have faster swing, count to two in your head before you swing.
when you bunt square round when the pitcher gets into her windup and get low near the bat so that you can see the ball better. if its a ball make sure you pull out your bat or else it would be called a strike. have one hand on the barel but just barley and with two fingers so that you don't hurt yourself.
for base running you can't leave the base before the ball crosses the plate, and if the ball is hit up into the air and caught, you have to tag up (go back to the base you were on and touch it before you run) you dont always have to slide when sliding, only when theres a play or the person throws the ball.
when tagging someone who is stealing make sure that your glove is down near the bag of the base so that they are forced to slide into the tag.
