Answers:

NLCS material?

give me 6 years and i'll be the next great closer

If you can pick any anybody to be the owner of your favorite team who would it be?

If Philip Hughes doesn't pan out as a starter then they may want to pull a papelbon and move him to a closer role. Either that or a guy named Humberto Sanchez a guy in their minor league system who they got from detroit in the sheffield trade.

Also it could turn into a long line of washed up free agent closers. I mean the yankees have never been known for dishing out great pitching from their minor league system. Rivera was a lucky catch and it's going 2 b hard to replace him

Jim Leyland?

Well, we (Red Sox) have Papplebon & he is awesome, but I'm pretty sure we'll be holding onto him. I never thought we'd see anyone as great as Mariano, but I'm sure someone else will come along.

Your MLB season perdictions?

You can't "replace" a legend. I'm sure George will buy someone. It's hard to say who though. Quality Closer generally don't last that long (aka Brad Lidge, Keith Foulke, Bob Wickman, Eric Gagne - he is done, etc.) Sure a few do but you'll have to wait and see what the landscape is when the time comes. Will the Red Sox lose Papelbon and will he still be good by then. The Yanks could get him ala Johnny Damon. I'm sure Trevor Hoffman (ERA is 6.93 at this moment) may be attractive too but he has been around for a while as well as Billy Wagner (who is still hot). Maybe Joe Nathan. As I look at this years reliever those 3 are the only ones that stick out as consistent long term relievers.

Please Tell Me How to obtain an MLB autograph of a player,?

his name is butto. he is awesome. if they dont trade him he could turn into the next

Why do they call an easy flyball out a "can of corn"?

I could do it, I couldn't pitch much worse then he has

Who is pitching for the white sox may 16?

we wont know that until rivera is completely done.

What does " on the DL" mean?

The Yankees are instrested in a really good closer KROD i don't know alot about him,,but i think he's with the Angels,And his contract is up this yr,,This is why the Yankees didn't renew Rivera's contract this spring,,They wanted to see how Rivera does this yr,,If he didn't do good they were gonna make a run for this KRod guy!!

Will the Yanks make the playoffs now that clemens is back?

To be honest...no one can ever replace Mariano Rivera. He is the greatest closer in the history of the game and the Yankees will never have a more better closer who can measure up to how amazing Mariano was. He will probably be on the Yankees about 3 or 4 more years or maybe even more. i dont want to see him go but the truth of the matter is that he's getting older, and he will always be a great closer but when its all said and done he's gonna have to retire sooner or later. I dont want to see him go but it will eventually happen. I love Mo so much and he is one of my favorite Yankee players. He has amazing talent and is a dedicated man. He is a wonderful person in general and i love him. GO MO! i <3 u more than anyone in the world. GO YANKEES!!
