How do I get around MLB.TV Blackout Restrictions?

Question:

Answers:

How many baseball stadiums have you been to and which is your favorite?

MLB.TV actually goes by IP address. Some people will tell you to have a friend sign you up using their billing address to bypass your local blackout restrictions, but it really just go by IP Address. You can spoof MLB.TV by getting an IP address manipulator. The best one I know of under $25 is http://www.anonomoussurfingdon... You have to sometimes flip through a couple addresses to get it to work but its fairly easy to use. There is a trial available so see if it works for you!

Does anyone have any advice on being forbidden to coach little league softball?

u cannot

Why do Americans talk about world series in baseball when nobody else plays this gay game?

The second answer is a good one - an IP masker does work, I've used it myself. The only concern is that, if MLB busts you, they might suspend your account.

Still, I'd do it. Those stupid blackout restrictions are archaic, and they should have pitched them long ago.

How do I throw these balls?: A slurve ball and a sinker?

Well, the easy answer is purchase MLB Extra Innings from your satellite or cable provider. The more difficult answer is to get a satellite dish (if you don't have one) - either Dish Network or DirecTV. Have a local network or cable tv techie come out with his little device that measures whether you can receive local broadcast signal with an aerial antena. If you can not, then you have to go to http://www.directv.com/dtvapp/global/con... or http://www.callnps.com/distant_networks. for example and see if you can qualify. IF you qualify, then you can get around the blackout. USUALLY you must live in a remote, remote area to qualify. I did this on the outskirts of a major metropolitan area circa 1996 and my condo prohibited antena (but allowed dishes). I had to get a waiver from my local network, which I got, and provide a copy of my lease agreement with the highlighted "no antena" portion and I got the blackout lifted. Unfortunately, I moved and lost my CBS. Then, as of Dec. 1, 2006 I lost all my networks. I reapplied, but was denied. ONLY special circumstances will allow a lifting of said blackout. Detroit Tigers Stadium seating question?

Move to the east or west coast where they get everything. The mid west sucks!

Can you hurt your arm by throwing a curveball when your young?

You can't. You'd have been better off with MLB Gameday Audio, which has no restrictions.
