All bases are inside the diamond. Just look at first, second and third base. They are all located in fair territory as is home plate.

Does anyone know where I could get a pair of cheap umpire pants online?

All bases are not inside the diamond, (at least not totally).

Draw a square on a piece of paper. In one corner, use the point of the two lines for the rear edge of home plate. Place 1B and 3B in their respective corners, inside the lines. That will leave 2B. This one is an oddity. 2B is positioned where it's center point is on top of where the lines meet.

The baselines are 90' apart, the bases are 15' square, so you can do the math and see the distance's vary a bit!

Pee Wee Baseball Question?

Inside the diamond and its 90 feet to home no matter where first is.

Who was the only AL Pitcher who gave up 14 hits in a game, and still pitched a shutout? What year was it?

"A baseball diamond is actually a 90-foot square. First and third base fit within the square, but second base is measured to the center of the bag. Improperly placed second base is one of the most common mistakes made when setting up a baseball field."

So, 1st and 3rd and Home Plate are inside the 90' diamond while 2nd is inside it from the centerpoint of the bag only.
