How do u calculate ERA for Pitching?
Pitching looks very weak, especially the starters. If you count saves, you need another reliever. Perhaps dropping Meredith and picking up Julio who might reclaim his closing job, or Accardo who is now closing in Toronto.Agree with the above poster that you should deal a shortstop to get another starter. I would deal Utley to get a frontline pitcher as you have Upton. When Howard comes off the DL then deal Texiera for a reliever. You might have to overpay to make a deal but I would suspect the other teams in the league have much better pitching than you do.
Looking at it again, that is one horrible outfield. If you can deal journeyman Alex Gonzalez while he has good stats you should. If you don't play in a really deep league, I can't believe that there aren't better outfielders on the waiver wire. Is Jack Cust still available in your league?

Your league doesn't have many pitchers huh? Well, looks a pretty good team, I don't see many problems. Your outfield needs a makeover so I'd get Rowand off the bench and deal Pence and Jenkins while they're hot and Youks is not gonna do you much good either. Meredith is worthless unless you have holds as a category or you're banking on Hoffman getting hurt.I know Josh Hamilton is the leading candidate for ROY how about making the All Star team?
Nice infield, pretty bad outfield...good utils (in fact Hardy might be worth starting, right now especially)...pitching should be a strength though watch out for Maine...I'm not sold on him yet...putting together a nice streak, but he could slide hard...Who hates every team but the twins?

another case of someone with too many batters and not enough pitching.With Utley, Rodriguez, Reyes, when are you going to use Upton, Hardy, Gonzalez (what's with people putting Gonzalez in their lineup), Roberts and Lowell.
Your team actually looks a bit made up with Rodriguez, Utley, Reyes, Howard and Oswalt in it.
Fish for some trades with Upton, Hardy and Roberts for some RP or starters.

that's a really solid teamWhen you make up a stupid question you sould try to remember that some people that are smarter than you are going to read it. There is no way that you could draft Utley, A-Rod, Reyes, and Howard, all 1st round picks. Then you add Oswalt and Peavy, a couple of second and third rounders. Why don't you just go back and try to create a more realistic team and ask the question again.
