Yankees vs. Red Sox 4/28 in the Bronx?
The guy above me gave pretty good instructions, But I'll try to explain another way of throwing a curve. Instead of throwing it with your palm facing down turn your hand sideways with the palm facing left (if you right handed) and throw it like you would a football, except right when you let go snap your wrist. To hold the ball make an O with your hand with your thumb and middle finger together and place the ball between the thumb and middle and index fingers. keep you ringfinger and pinky off the ballHow good is my fantasy baseball team? the only catagory is Home runs?

same arm motion as a regular ball, gripping it tighter gives it more movement too

Easy. If you're right handed, make sure the holes are facing to the left. You cover them with your index finger and throw straight over the top. The ball will curve from right to left, which sweeps away from right handed batters and jams lefties. Now if the holes are facing to the right, and you cover them with your middle finger, the same effect happens except the ball sweeps from left to right.
You'll want to practice with different arm angles and different speeds. The curve is neat, but throwing it over and over allows the hitter to adjust and crank it. Also, if your not careful, many times the curve sails right into the hitters wheel house and POW!
Good luck!
