I'll take average at this point compared to where they were last year. Lou Piniella has actually won a few games for the team, something that Dusty never did. It's been a pleasure to watch a manager that actually the moves he should make.While they made a few moves in the offseason, they left a some holes on the team. They'll be fine, especially if they can make a trade in the next couple months before the trade deadline.
That's besides the point anyway, because it's too early in the season to pass judgment. Every team is going to have a bad month or two during the season. Ask the question again in a few months.

The bullpen is weak and they can't get it done offensively in the clutch. There is no excuse, they need to step it up.
