Do you think the A's will let Haren, Blanton, and Harden slip away like Zito, Hudson, and Mulder?
Question:Or will they be smart enough to lock Haren, Blanton, and Harden up early?
Once Zito, Hudson, and Mulder got good the A's could not afford to keep them around and lost them all to free agency.

OMG, Blue Jays WON!! 6-1 vs. Rangers!?
They will not sign any of them. Yet somehow they will still find a way to pull 3 more aces out of that neverending stack of cards (pitchers) they have. It's like they have a stockpile of aces in waiting. As a last comment...a poster above said they will probally all go to NYY? Why? If so many good pitchers wanted to play in NY-they wouldn't be pulling 45 year old stiffs out of retirement for 28 Million dollars. Not everyone--clearly-wants to play in NY. High rent and crime doesn't excite everyone.
Whats the longest hitting streak...?
yes.How will Tim Lincecum do in his debut?
if they let zito slip away and traded hudson and mulder, why would they keep these guys?i suspect they will trade harden for a bundle of prospects, and try to keep haren
How many total days (cumulative) above .500 have the pittsburgh Pirates been since May, 21, 1994?
Billy Bean has been quoted as saying the A's are like th group "Menudo. When you reach a certain age its time for you to go". He is a good GM especially when you consider that the As are a smaller market team. It seemed with Mulder, Hudson and Zito he let them go at just the right time and got plenty of talent in return. I suspect he will get as much production from this current group as he can and then he will get a nice return for them in trade...What is all behind the dugout at a major league ballpark?
A;s suck!! GO ANGELS!Why are the undersides of most brims of baseball caps green?
Unfortunately yes. History tells us that this is the inevitable. Better yet, they will probably all go to the Yankees. What exactly is a balk in baseball?
Yes they will, they are all about the salary cap.as soon as a player requests more money they get shipped out and replaced by the latest new prospect. As for Harden, even if he stays he won't play much,he can't stay healthy at all.As long as Billy Beane is GM, that's pretty likely. That said, however, didn't the new owner (is it official yet?) say he's willing to open up the wallet more? In which case it's actually possible.
Nope Haren is signed through 2010 and more then likely will get a contract extension at that time. Rich Harden is signed through 2009, Blanton is eligible for arbitration next year he is either going to be traded or resigned. It won't be for a few years before any changes are made for the A's.
