Which Rawlings Gold Glove to get?
Question:Would you guys recommend the 50th anniversary edition (gold glove, not pro prefered)

Is the pocket and shape possibly a little different? On rawlings' website it said the second one had a less deep pocket (what I want). It didn't have any info on the gold glove 50th anniversaries (They're coming may 28).

the gold glove anniversary is the one to get. I got a great gold glove anniversary catchers mitt about 10 years ago, oiled it and broke it in, and it is in perfect condition and I still use it during coaching drills even though it has been in dusty areas.I would get the one in the bottom link. It looked like a better overall glove.
What do you think about ricky henderson making a come back?
I would have tp go with the first one. it is a little bigger, and the 11 inch may be too small in years to come . it depends on your size, and position(probably middle infield because you are looking for a shallow pocket). they are bot the same type of leather, just diferent colors. the pocket is slioghtly smaller on the 5oth anniversary, so thet is the one i would go withMore Questions & Answers...
