Where can you watch live MLB baseball games online for free?
Randy Johnson of the Arizona Diamondbacks was the last pitcher to pitch a perfect game. He did it on May 18, 2004 against the Atlanta Braves. He is the oldest pitcher to pitch a perfect game. He was 40 when he accomplished it. You can throw balls but you can't walk anyone or give up a hit or run in order to pitch a perfect game.So Cubs' fans,is Dusty Baker to blame for this too,so far?
I am not sure if my answer is correct. Yes, when you pitch a perfect game, you can throw a ball. I believe it was Randy Johnson the last time.Where can I find baseball instructional videos to download? Thank you in advance.?
What is a perfect game in baseball?A no-hitter in which no opposing player reaches first base, either by a base hit, base on balls, hit batter, or fielding error; i.e., the pitcher or pitchers retire all twenty-seven (27) opposing batters in order
Yes, he's right, Randy Johnson. 2004, 117 pitches.
My arm hurts thinking about it.
Coaching youth baseball, need tips?
Randy Johnson in 2004, David Cone in 1999 and David Wells did it in 1998. Balls can and are thrown in perfect games. The only criteria is that no batter reaches base in any way including base on balls, hit by pitch, reaching on an error or dropped 3rd strike. Is it posible for Alex Rodrigez to get 74 home runs this year?
Mark Buerhle just threw one a couple of weeks ago. you can throw balls and strikes as long as no one gets on baserandy johnson in 04 for the d-backs against the braves AT TURNER FIELD!
ps. mark buerhle threw a no-hitter, not a perfect game. he walked sammy sosa, then picked him off at first base
mark buehrle of the white sox had a no hitter on april 18 2007 not a perfect game - he walked one batter.
Randy Johnson 18 May 2004 @ Atlanta
The link below is a list of all no-hitters and extraordinary efforts.
It's not about balls and strikes, it's about no batter reaching base by any means.
of course you can throw a ball?!?!?!
it is imposible to throw an all strike perfect game
the definition of a perfect game is a game where no baserunners, runs, or hits are allowed.
the last person to do it was either randy johnson or David Cone (johnson in 2004 or cone in 1999). Before cone David Wells did it for the yanks in 1996 and don larson is the only player to pitch a perfect game in a world series game.
