I am 13 years old and i play baseball/teener league, and football should i lose some weight?
Question:I am 5ft4 and i weigh 160 should i lose some weight .. i play football, baseball, fall baseball, and winter baseball in a dome.

At 13 that seems a little heavy, but the best indicator is speed and quickness. If you have speed at that weight then no problems but if you are considered slow then think about training for speed agility. This will help bring your weight down but most importantly give you the tools to achieve greater success at the sports you choose to participate in.It depends on what sport you are talking about.
