Ok...To throw a curve ball you need to create a lot of top-spin on the throw...Mechanically there are a lot of things that need to happen for this to work (most of which will cause your arm to ache the next day if you are not used to it)...Here is what I teach my high-school kids that are learning a curve for the first time.Find a Pringle's potato chip can (one of the long ones, empty). Place the lid on it and put about two layers of masking/athletic tape around and over the lid (to make that end heavier).
Next..get a throwing partner and stand about 30-45 feet apart. Grab the can at the opposite end from the tape with your throwing hand. Hold it with your first two fingers and your thumb (very similar to how you would hold a baseball).
Now, take the can and throw it to your partner so it flips end-over-end.Try to use your normal "arm-slot" (overhand or 3/4 overhand)...The goal is to have the can flip as many times as possible before it gets to your partner.
After doing this for a while you can then transfer that "flipping feeling" to throwing a baseball.Grip it the same way and achieve the same feeling when you throw a ball...It may not be a true curve yet, but you will have a good understanding of what it takes to throw the pitch.

after u did this do ur wind up but wen u r coming down go at an angle and snap ur wrist at the end and u should get it to curve
now if it doesnt curve at first dont give up just keep pracyiceing because wen u get the hang of it it will start to curve
Throw with two fingers on the top of the ball around the seem. Be sure to throw with a snapping motion. A rule of thumb is to "put your hand in your pocket." In other words if you are righty your right hand should wind up near your left pocket.

When throwing a curve ball its all about the release. I 've thrown a curve ball 2 ways, {1} when you release it , release it with your palm out, it kills the arm after a few of them [2] from the over hand position as your throwing snap your wrist and it will put a spin on the ball. at the right-side of the horseshoe end of the seams, place your index and middle finger with a medium grip. make sure not to have space between those fingers. when you actually throw the ball, rotate your wrist before your release, as if your index and middle fingers are just coming downward. not too violently- thats when your forearm and bicep get really messed up.
pretty hard to actually do. im pretty lucky because it came naturally. but some peoples arms just become destroyed when they try, dont ask why..

I throw a weird curve, theres like 30 different ways to throw a curve, just go get a battery mate, and develop your own way to throw it, theres no right or wrong way to throw it, just pick up a way to throw it and go at it. If you dont have a battery mate just go to a local diamond and throw off the mound and look for some break in the ball, after a while your gonna find a great way to throw one.Thats the best advice i can give, considering my curve breaks too early haha.
