It all depends on what the rest of your team looks like..if you have plenty of other speed on your team like a reyes, pierre, but no power then i would get or keep vlad. if you are strong on power but have lack of speed on your team...and considering sb and r are both categories in your league...then i would look at maybe doing the trade but ask for a pitcher on top of ichiro if you are the one giving up vlad. you need to find a good balance on your team so look at your weaknesses and go from there.Why Does Softball Come Second??

I'm assuming this a fantasy trade, so to answer we need a little more info. Are you lacking speed and have power to spare? If so then this a good deal to make. If you don't need the speed then don't maked the deal. In real baseball the Angels would be fools to do this. Ichiro is out at the end of the year and Vlad isn't. If youre talking real life, no. Vlad is a five tool player while Ichiro is a four tool player. Ichiro doesnt have Vlad's power, while Vlad has all the tools Ichiro has.If youre talking fantasy, then it depends on your team. And where else you are going to get points from.
