You could buy a ball for each player and have everybody on the team sign it. It will make for a nice keepsake.

We get our kids in Little League trophies. They range in price but you can generally get a nice one fairly cheap. You can either do a search online for a trophy shop or go to a local one. In our league we have 8 teams so we get a small discount. The more you buy the less you pay. Our trophies were only 5 dollars each and the kids seem to love them. If thats not an option you could always rent out the local pool for a day and have a barbecue / pool party for them. I am sure they will enjoy anything you are able to do. Good Luck
