I totally agree with you. I'm not just saying this because I'm a yankee fan, but the way he goes about playing the game is just sloppy. I know he is a great hitter, but his hair is filthy and needs to be cut, he needs to just wear his cap and get rid of that rediculous beanie underneath, he needs to stop wearing a size XXXXL baseball uniform, and he should at least take some grease off his helmet so the B is at least somewhat visable. If I was a manager, I would not have him on my team untill he looks more like a classy baseball player.he probably keeps it like that for supersticious reasons. a lot of ball players are like that. granted this isnt a pregame ritual or a certain way to eat sunflower seeds, but its his own little way of feeling lucky. other athletes dont cut their hair either. michael vick promised not to cut his hair until he wins the super bowl. i guess he wont be cutting his hair for a long time.
