I have a serious problem in baseball.?
Question:I havent pitched for awhile. I can throw fast, and i can throw a change up. I just havent pitched in awhile. I am pitching this thursday and i need to know how i can get to pitch very good to impress everyone. I want to take up pitching again. I was once very very good. Its been awhile and I doubt I can throw accurate at all. I just need help with making me throw fast, accurate, and good. Please help.

keep the ball low in the zone. if you leave it up, no matter how hard you throw, you will get burned at some point. Your mechanincs will determine how low you keep the ball. Keep your shoulder in and get a good follow through and you will probably be okay. Don't worry about speed. Just keep the ball in the strike zone and let your team mates help you out. If you keep the ball low in the zone you have a better chance of getting a ground ball. Use your legs for your power don't throw with your arm. Rotate your hips as your coming through. Work the entire plate inside, outside, up, down.
