Has there ever been one player to account for all three outs in an inning of a MLB game?

Question:I have never heard of this happening but it would be interesting if it has. It would take a team batting around atleast twice but I haven't even heard of someone getting to bat three times in an inning.

How far can the fielder go into the stands?

There was an unassisted triple play a couple weeks ago.
There are also a whole lot of pitchers who have notched 3 strikeouts in one inning, its happened millions of times. I think that the pitcher gets credit for the strikeouts, but the feilding stats give the catcher the 3 outs because he has to complete the play. Some pitchers even get 4 strikeouts in one inning, due to a passed ball on a strikeout, a really fast batter or a really incompetent catcher.
