Cubs have more fans because their games r more fan friendly. the neighborhood around wrigley is an upscale area with some of the best bars in all of chicago. the "cell" or the sox stadium is nice but you r away from the city and the nightlife. unless you consider giving the chicago cops a sworn statement about gettin mugged on your way out a good timeIn the yahoo baseball linescores--what does(H) mean when it's beside a relief pitchers name?

And they are the lovable losers.the cubs will always be the first child while the white sox are the step children... even after the white sox won a world series there are still more cubs fans in the city.. now everyone says wrigley is a big bar but everytime i go to sox games i see numerous amounts of people getting thrown out for be intoxicated and starting fights i dont see that at cubs games. over records and stats dont play into who is better when it comes to these teams. cubs havent won it all for a year shy of a century but cubs fans believe and many old timers used to go to cubs games for free bc women and children were allowed to see games for free on friday matinae (however its spelled) games. so they grew up cubs fans and they brought their kids up cubs fans so there has always been more cubs fans than sox. dont get me wrong sox fans are starting to make their presense felt in the city but not to what the cubs have. and attendence is a hard thing to base it on for the fact that wrigley is in the rich part of town where many people can take off work whenever and the cell is in the working part of town where people cant always go to games. 7:11 starts are a better prime time slot but people out there dont have the funds or the extra time as well.. plus the cell holds more so even though they look undersold sometimes there are more people there then wrigley. for instance when the cubs played boston at wrigley and the sox played them at the cell the sox averaged more fans even though they didnt sell out one game. but regardless im a cubs fan and i always will be though thick and thin so im always going to say the cubs are better
