It depends on what you mean by "better." The red sox obviously have less championships, but they tend to come out with better statisitcs than the Yankees. I also think that the yankees do better when it comes to records, like A-Rod this month. The yankees also get into more playoffs and world series than the red sox and get more pennants.

Red Sox. Better pitching.Although I am a New York Yankee fan, I have to say that the Boston Red Sox are doing extremely better than the Yankees. Statistics at this point in the season prove that right off the bat. A-rod is at his best, but the others have to step it up a little bit and they will be in great shape.
