If Joe Girardi was still the FL Marlins manager, would they have a better record than their 18-23 right now?
Question:They have the same core players who were all rookies last year. They started off real cold last year then made an amazing run for a wild card spot. you think that Freddie Gonzalez can get them in the postseason or leave Marlins fans wondering if Girardi was the reason for their 2nd half sucess last season? The Marlins owners and executives have never rewarded any players or managers for their success, just trade or fire them when they become stars so they can bring in more minimum wage farm talent. Wait till Hanley Ramirez becomes a 30 30 guy this year and asks for a big contract. they'll trade his ***.
