Kudos to anyone who can answer this: What's the difference btw a double-header and two single games played on
Question:the same day. The reason why I am asking is the Red Sox played 2 games on the same day against the Tigers 2 days ago (due to a previous day rain-out) but MLB does not count it as a day-night double header but two single games played on the same day. What's the difference and the point of differiating both?
