yeah i would and see how he does the next 5 starts or so. if he's healthy, which he looked like against seattle, he can be a 20 game winner like he was 2 yrs ago. the one thing that impressed me was his velocity. last year and i think even the year before, his fastballs was barely hitting 90, usually in the upper 80's, but this past weekend, his fastballs was 90-93 consistently, so he definitly has his arm strength back which can only mean good things. the only downfall i'd have about starting him on my fantasy is the lack of strikeouts he gets. when he use to pitch in the upper 90's, this was probably in the 90's, he avg'ed a k per inning, but now he'll be lucky if he gets 3 a game

Yes he is a good pick up. He could win around 12-14 games with an ERA of around 4.00.
