I think that we are going to see him slow down much like everyone who has a hot streak, Kirby Puckett once went 10 for 11 in 2 games and it was a big deal but it was only 2 games out of 162. 15 games is just 10% of a season yes it is amazing but it does not forecast the future. And back to your original question What if? You tell me.

My guess is that A-Rod is going to have 64 HR's and 155 RBI's. No way is he ever going to reach 200 RBI's but 70 HR's is possible maybe.

No. He will cool down and get into a slump soon and he will be the most overpaid ball player who gets booed again at his home park. I could see him hitting 55 HR and 150 RBI this season. Nowhere near 70+ and 200+. If he did that consistently then he could possibly warrant getting 252 million for his 10 yr contract.

I think that the 70 home runs could be possible, especially if he continues to play this well. I dont think he will be able to reach 200 rbi's, but it is possible, it would just be very unlikely. A-Rod is a phenominal player though, and there is a good chance of him getting the mvp award. I think he will go for just over 150 or 160, but i am not sure about 200, let's be honest here.

Hey folks folks, relax. Remember Albert Pujols at the start of last year? He had like 14 HR at this time and I think he had more RBIs, but I dont know for sure. A Rod could hit 70 HRs this year, but I think it will be in the mid to low 60s. As for 200 RBIs, thats going to be VERY tough. Im guessing more around 145-150.
