Most likely Johan Santana, but let me go out on a limb and say Daisuke Matsuzaka. Have you seen this guy pitch? He throws a fastball in the mid 90's and has 4 or 5 breaking pitches. The key will be when he faces teams in the second half of the season, but Dice-K has a large enough selection of pitches to keep hitters guessing.Who was the greatest baseball player of the last 25 years?

Johan's my pick.Santana is easily the best pitcher in baseball and that immediately puts him at the front of Cy Young talks. Other people with a good shot are Roy Halladay, Rich Harden, and I'm going to throw Jered Weaver and Justin Verlander out there provided they don't experience fatigue from their rookie years.
To make a guess now, Santana has enough offense to get him wins, dominating, unhitable stuff, and durablility to stay around the whole season. I'll pick him for now.
