Depending on which cards you have (there are a few variations of each) your cards have a value of about $3500.00 If you can somehow verify that they are authentic, you could expect to sell them for anywhere from $400 to $1500 on ebay. There is no reason to believe that they will increase in value over the next several years as they are already highly collectible in the sports card world. So, basically, it comes down to whether or not they mean anything to you personally, and whether or not you would like a few hundred dollars in your pocket. One of the easiest ways to tell if they are authentic (although this is not a 100% certainty) is if the name printed on the front is in a deep brown color. Most forgeries show the name printed in black. Also, the first letter in the team name, for example "Chicago" on the Frank Chance card, should be a bit larger than the rest of the letters in the word Chicago. How many kids are taking steroids because the pros do it?
save em and bring them to one of those antique things where they tell u the value.Do you think the Braves pitching staff of Maddux, Glavine, and Smoltz is the best ever?
I would. But make sure you check what kind of shape the card is in. Then I would ask a dealer how much it is worth. You can also get cards graded now and that would enhance the value. I would also check Beckett for prices!More Questions & Answers...
