First of all he is no where near 7 yrs of playing with the yankees,If that was the case he would have played with us in the 2000 series with the Mets.He signed with us in 004,,for eight yrs,He his an out clause after his 3rd yr,and every yr after,He chose not to use it this yr,,,However he can use it again after this yr!!! His Yankee Contract is 8 yrs!! Period..TOO LONG
