wow. ru the guy with the mentally challenged child too. if so u have ur work cut out for you. here is what my coach does if we are too hyper. he makes us run until we are tired and then tries to coach us. if it doesnt work we run some more. he teaches us to resoect him and listen to him. there should be plaenty of time for these guys to release their energy at practices and before games.How do the MLB managersend their intructions to the players?
ADHD is a cop-out. The onus is on you to command their attention. How did people ever teach/coach before we "discovered" ADHD? I believe your problem may be that the children would rather play video games. Make your practices fun and keep them moving. Depending on the age of your kids, picking flowers during a game is nothing new.What are some good exercises and stuff to do for pitchers?
make it a strick practice instead of laid back..if someone talks while you talk make them run the bases..or make the everyone else on the team run except that one person..this will make him feel bad and he will stop..this will also teach them to work as a team too...i had the same problem believe it or notMore Questions & Answers...
