What do you hope happens to Barry Bonds this season ?
He is very lucky right now.this guy is just sucha great player! people say hes like chris shelton a year ago with his hitting splurge, but AROD isnt like him, hes AROD! If he keeps hitting like this, he can hit 60. i just feel badly for the guy because the yankees fans treat him horribly.
Babe Ruth hit home run #714 in what park ?
I love the the Yankees, even though I live in Detroit. I sure wish we had a player like him. We will not take him for granted and Boo him.In a standard lineup, where do you place your two best hitters? 3 & 4? 4 & 5?
Now hes the New Yorkers' favorite player! What are the jays chances now tha ryan is gone for the year?"?
My thoughts are the same i felt over the winter,This is his yr,Mr MVP,,and he will help us win a world series this yr!

If it rains tonight and the ballgame is cancelled, what are my options?
over paid baby from YanksAre you excited that Opening Day is today?
I think the only people that are surprised are Yankee fans. Everyone else knew they were retarded for booing the best SS in baseball.Just that my predictions have been correct so far. Well before the season started, I said that he will have a break out year. Now he has six home runs in seven games. The first Yankees EVER (Elias Stat Bureau).
What's the best MLB team and why?
He's in the zone what can you say.>>SOX FANS!<< How much did John Henry pay when he bought the Red Sox?
he is just being arodWhat Is a good baseball drill for kids to learn to be more aggressive going after the ball?
Well, todays home run (first in case he hits another) gives him 470 on his career. On top of that, the guy is going to turn 32 this year, so he still has a ways to go. Frank Thomas, thought to be one of the great power hitters of this era has 488 and is going to turn 39 this year. By the end of this season, A-Rod should be well over the 500 mark. By the time he's 35, he'll be over the 600 mark for sure. I don't know when he'll slow down, but players today perform well even above forty. The Big Hurt is almost 40 and is still slugging away like he was 30. If A-rod stays this efficient until he's forty, he'll pass the 700 mark, and possibly eventually the unprecedented 800 mark. I think he's the best and most established hitter today and maybe ever. These early numbers look awesome, but it is A-Rod esque. Why do Major League Baseball teams play opening day and then take the next day off?
Who **** cares? In the end, the Yankees will blow it. When's the last time they won a world series?A-rod is just good. I don't care which way you slice it, he is an awesome player and will continue to be one of the better players of this generation of ballplayers. Where he ends up in the overall arc of greatness is for nobody but A-rod to decide.
He has such a great eye for the ball. He seems free and easy this year in New York...who knows, maybe everything "clicked" for him.
I like A-rod. Liked watching him play when he was a rookie. I enjoyed watching him with the Rangers, I will continue to enjoy watching A-rod with the Yankees, and hopefully with the Yankees next year too!
Keep the faith A-rod!
How exectly are u supposed to stand to bat in baseball/softball?
A-Rod is due for a dominant offensive year and he will lead the Yankees to the playoffs despite the weak pitching.Indians Fans, what are the best seats for your money at the Jake?
if he hits 35-40 hrs a year for 6-8 more years he'll have close or above 800Who holds the record for most consecutive winning decisions as a pitcher in the MLB?
I'd like to state, for the record, that not all Yankee fans boo him (or any other Yankee). The true fans, like myself, aren't the drunk, loud abnoxious ones you hear on TV. I would never boo him, and I found it sickening how people actually thought he was the reason we got knocked out of the playoffs (like they would have gotten there without him? Or like anyone else stepped up in the playoffs?)In any case, my only fear of him starting so damn hot is that he'll wind up being intentionally walked all the time like Bonds. But hey, he'll still get his chances, and he'll still light 'em up. He's already surpassed his April HR numbers from last year, and it's only been a week!
As for his fielding/throwing, I think he'll be better at that this year as well. He's said he hasn't had to think about "making the perfect throw" anymore with Mientkiewicz covering first, and 95% of his problem was in his mind, so I think he's right, and he'll be much better this year.
Nevertheless, even with his errors last year, he won way more games for us than he lost, so those that boo him can SUCK IT. Those aren't true Yankee fans.
Has any team ever had 3 players hit over 40 home runs in 1 season?
HES AN ANIMAL A BEAST LOL HES AMAZING I THINK HE WILL DO GOOD THIS YEAR NO DOUBT GO ARODGuys, 20 - 30years, who are 10 best starting pitchers of our era?
maybe now Yankee fans will the hell up and appreciate how good he was all alongMets fans? Have you forgiven...?
I think he better enjoy the favor of the Yankee fans while he has it. As soon as he farts in the wrong direction, he will be a bum in their eyes again. I guess that is what happens when you buy your team and stack it with stars. Fans tend to forget that even the best players make mistakes and they expect too much.More Questions & Answers...
