with out a doubt take BELTRAN. he has elite power, speed, defense, and is a clutch hitter with 6 game winning hits last year. Crawford is very good but it is truly no contest. Beltran is in the top three NL outfielders. Andruw Jones, Alfonso Soriano, and Beltran. (iffy on the soriano though.)

Both are great players, so this is a tough one.

I think I would take Crawford. He is 4 years younger and while he doesn't have the power that Beltran has, he isn't far behind were Beltran was at the same age. Beltran has only topped 30 HR once, which was last year. Crawford has much better speed, he can be counted on for 50-60 SB and 15+ triples!

Depends on what you want. If your looking for the better value or lead off hitter its definitely Crawford, but if you want the better overall player I'd say Beltran at this point but I think it will be Crawford a few years from now. He's already faster and has shown increased power over the last few years. At a fraction of the cost you will get production that isn't that much less than Beltran's.
