How much time should I give myself to get back into baseball?

Question:I have been out of it for about 5 years. I would like to play again. I am not thinking of the majors but I would like to go to a few tryouts with out completly making a fool out of myself. I am an out fielder/ firstbase. 6 foot my target weight it 200 and I am left hand any tips would be nice.
