The Rockies have a lot of great young talent in Tuliwitski,Holliday and Atkins. But I think the rest of the west have better pitching staffs. But if Hirsh, Buckholtz, Francis can have solid seasons, with their hitting which is the best in the west(sorry for corny rhyme) they have a shot.What is the best offspeed pitch to throw? how do you throw it?

According to Hardball Times, about 8-10%, so it's highly unlikely, although possible (mind you, anything's possible).I like the Diamondbacks for the AL West, although the Padres should be in the running too and the Dodgers are a possibility, despite themselves.
