My fastball is about 70 mph and my mechanics have been taught to me through mets pitching coaches
i take care of my arm very well and want to know where can i improve my fastball

If you've had Mets pitching coaches teaching you then you are probably doing just fine. Two things that might be able to help you are flexiblity in the arm, back and hamstrings, and power out of your legs. With this in mind, you should exercise to make this happen. I suggest yoga to work on flexiblity. Once you've done some moderate level yoga consistently, I bet you add a couple mph to your fastball. Beyond that your mechanics are probably fine, just work on your power base and flexiblity. And more important than velocity, work on hitting you spots, changing speeds, and movement on your pitches.

You can improve your fast ball by the way you throw the ball with your mechanics. Balance, ball facing other way and follow through. Do that motion 45 - 70 times a day and in no time you'll see an EVEN FASTEr ball being pitched. I know, I have someone related to me that played for the CHICAGO CUBS.

As you grow older you will become bigger and stonger, I suggest lifting weights and getting bigger. Your legs are your power when you are pitching, get on a program that allows you to work with your legs (squats,leg lifts, etc) alot and your upper body as well.

5-11 145lbs? PUT ON MORE WEIGHT! Lifting will help, ESPECIALLY YOUR LEGS! that will help you a bunch. the simple stuff will improve you, long toss, developing a CHANGE UP will make your fastball seem a lot faster, yadda yadda yadda.
