A breaking ball is any pitch that breaks in the hitting zone. A curve ball breaks top to bottom and a slider/cutter breaks horizontally.A change up is pitch that looks like a fastball coming out of the pitcher's hand but comes out slower than a fastball. Its called a change up b/c the hitter is looking for a fastball and the pitcher throws a pitch much slower than he expects and the hitter is way out in front of the pitch.
There are many different grips for the change up (palm ball, circle change, etc) and others for the curve and slider. Since Im not a pitcher, and it would be hard to aqeduately discribe how to hold and release the ball for each pitch, check out the link below for grips and how to throw.

a breaking ball is a ball that looks like its going to go straight but inks and u throw it wit 2 figers above and spread of the seams and with a change up the falls on sjdnsjfnsjdnfjdsnjgfsdkngjdfsn... of hitters balance and h i dont feel like answering any more. ha sryWhy are Yankee fans so jealous of The Detroit Tigers?
theres different grips for certain change-ups that you can throw and curves have a variety of grips as well. I use my pointer finger as a guide adn my middle finger for pressure on the seam. Hold it like a 2-seam fastball except place your pointer finger and middlefinger on the right seam(if your righthanded, vice versa if ur lefthanded) and how much pressure on the seam with your middlefinger gives it more or less breakHow great would it be if we could go just one day...?
it is a fastball you take off a lot of speed by holding it like an egg and having a same arm speed of a fastball to get the batter to be infront of the ball.More Questions & Answers...
