How do you convert high school baseball stats to college and mlb?

Question:My friend hit .588 with 18 homeruns and 12 doubles/ 44 rbi in 25 games his junior year of high school. Colleges are gonna give him a free ride. MLB scouts show up to mostly every game. Stanford, USC, Florida State, and Arizona State are gonna give him an academic scholorship but he hates school and wants $$$$. I am on the team and we face prep schools and good teams with pitchers usually throwing 70-95 70 is a change up. I averaged it out over a 162 game mlb season by cutting his average by 50% to .294 58 hrs 39 doubles and 142 rbis. He is 6-3 210 lbs Alex Rodriquez build. I am curious. Scouts are offering signing bonuses 1 million+

well talent will be much better than 50% but you never can tell what a person talent range is going to be by looking at highschool numbers if it were that easy signing bonuses would be a lot higher than 1 million
