Could this be the season the Pirates go over the .500 mark?

As far as pitching goes, Snell showed alot of promise last year going 14-11. Duke struggled after his 2nd season, which I believe he will bounce back now that the offense is improved. And then you got Gorzelanny who might turn some heads, if he improves this season but he needs to cut down his walks.
All signs point to a winning season in Pittsburgh, since the NL Central is weak as it's ever been that almost every team has a chance at winning the division. Remember, the WS Champion Cards won only 83 games! So if their pitching matures and develops, they could actually win the division.
What is the best way to bulk up for baseball players?
I have been waiting for this season to start since the end of the last one. For the first time in over 14 years I get the feeling the Pirates long losing streak will be over. With the nice finish they had last year and the addition of Adam LaRoche and the return of Brad Eldred, plus the fact the pitching staff has another years experience under their belts, makes me very optimistic that the Bucs will finally finish over .500. Go Bucs!UH OH, Was Josh Hancock really drinking the night of his accident??
I'd like to say yes, because its been some rough years for the Pirates but in all honesty I don't think they will be stong enough to make it for the long run. If they get a couple injuries, they won't have the backup power to keep them afloat. I see them falling 5 games short of .500.Does anyone else feel sorry for Scott Kazmir?
yes if they win 82 gamesRight now, it looks like they would. However, I see them falling under .500 in the middle of the season and never getting back up.
