Question:there a special helmet?

However, you might be best off by first talking with an OT from your local hearing society, association, etc. OT's are great resource persons for all kinds of things that help any one of us (I do mean us - I have multiple types of arthritis and am disabled by them) to find or figure out the best ways to do things.
They're one other possibility here, and that's playing without your mike. You know, of course, that hand and arm signals are used through every part of every game. But did you know that hand and arm signals on defence started as a way to accommodate a deaf player? You'd still have to wear a helmet on defence, because of the implant, but it should work very well.
contact the supplier or manufacturer they make them for all kinds of things
I was just thinking that there probably is a special helmet, and then I read Reva's answer. What a great answer! I can't improve on that. :)
