Cole Hamels, Could he possibly be a Cy Young candidate?
Question:
Answers:
How is better ken griffey jr or ken griffey sr?
Absolutely. I think hes flying under the radar playing for the Phillies, but heres something to think about:last spring(06), the Mariners tried to trade Felix Hernandez-King Felix-to the Phillies straight up for Hamels-and the Phils declined. Thats how good he is. Hamels will have the advantage of having a potent offense behind him, but the disadvantage of playing half his games at the launching pad which is Citizens Bank Park.In short: No way, Jose.
When you grip the bat when batting... How tight do you hold it ?
Not this year. I think he needs to pitch a whole season to establish himself. It will also be hard to win a Cy Young in Philadelphia because Citizens Bank is a bandbox where balls fly out every night.Possibly a darkhorse but I don't see him winning it this year...he will win 15 for sure. The Phillies bullpen is suspect and will most likely blow a few leads for him in the late innings. I have him on 3 out of 4 fantasy teams so I've got high hopes.
With the lack of Pitching Talent in the NL possibly. If he can get an ERA under 3.7 and 170-200 SO its anyones race.
I would assume thou it would go to Oswalt, Peavy and Webb. (they are the 3 really going for it and are the most talented in the NL)
I'm going to Boston to a Yankees/Red Sox game on April 21st. How should I dress??
I don't think it will happen this year. Maybe sometime in his career if he can pitch like he did in the Minors. Not just yet. Give him another year or two and he could possibly be one.
