Who do you think will have a better record this season the Cubs or the Cardinals?
He is a good man, but the team seems listless.I think Mt. Steinbrenner needs to erupt!
MLB Trivia. Which team has 6 first round picks in their starting lineup?
He'll help, but ultimately, no.Im not a red sox fan but i watched the game lastnite.?
Nope. the yanks just dont have a strong enough rotation with or without him and there bullpen is washed up and over worked and they have no team chemistry. Everyone on the team is just hired help they have no desire to win, just a desire to get paid.Where do you think the Cardinals will end up at the end of the season?
Being from Houston and watching Clemens in person for 3 years, has been nothing short of amazing. He is aging, but the stuff is still there. I think Roger will do fine in NY, especially with that powerful lineup (if Abreu starts hitting). The problem isn't with Clemens. Remember, he can only help a team once every 5th day...what are the Yankees going to do the other 4??How many homeruns will Alex Rodriguez hit in 2007?
No. He is great and will most likely help every 5th day - but 10 games out of 1st, essentially tied for the worst in the division - a horrid starting rotation , horrid middle relievers and Rivera digressing - they could bat .400 as a team and have Roger win 15 games - and it will not matter. What baseball team do you cheer for?
Not against the A.L. I am not sure what he was thinking coming back to the American League. Is there an "I" in TEAM... not one person can save a TEAM, its called a TEAM for a reason...everybody has to work together, to have a winning TEAM. so to answer your question, can roger clemens save the slumping yanks...the answer is NO!!
And by the way, Its a bout time the Yankees arent the best team around. Every team has a point where they suck!! i mean look at how the tigers were in the past!
Now look at My tigers! They are doing great! So i guess what i am trying to say is that every team has a slump..some last for a week, a month, a year, or 12 years...
Have you ever witnessed a no-hitter? In the park, preferably, but TV or radio will do.?
No. An aging ex-strikeout artist who threw more pitches than almost any active pitcher will not help a team. you need at least one great pitcher and three other decent ones. Roger clemmens is no longer even decent.More Questions & Answers...
