I say by all star breakHe will hit more home runs but they will be tainted. Steroids are illegal and to say that he hasn't used them is burying your head n the sand. Just look at pictures of Bonds. He blew up from the average size of an athlete to this super sized guy in one year. Sorry folks, you can't do that pumping iron in such a short time - plus he admits to using some sort of creme and others have said he used them.
I will give you that Bonds was and is a great athlete - before he "blew himself up" he was twice golden gloves, stole lots of bases and had a great bat. But that's not the point. The point is: Are you so in need of a record being broken that you'll accept any way it is done? Do we hold those in the public eye to a standard or we don't care as long as they win, get rich or break a record? Where do you draw the line on ethics or do you? How can you say to your son or daughter, "Drugs are bad, but Barry Bonds is good." without being a hypocrite?
