Anyone familiar with ISA Co-ed Softball Rules?
Question:Ok, here's the thing. My company is trying to start a company softball team, and we have 26 players signed up. Only 3 of those are women, and I'm not sure but the ISA rules say we have to have five women and five men to start a game for ADULT co-ed softball. There is an exception that says in adult slow pitch co-ed softball there can be an uneven number of male vs female players, but is this AFTER we have five women? Also, any pointers anyone has for us would be great. We need all the help we can get, as we're brand new to the adult softball league. The best answer will be the one with the most information, and I don't need the link to the ISA rules, I have those, I just need clarification on that point. Thanks a million, I look forward to reading your responses!

What determines if a player is awarded a League or World Series ring?
Most leagues modify the rules a little bit so check when you sign up. But in my experience most will let you play with a differential of 1. So you could have 5 guys and 4 girls or I even played in a league that allowed you to play with 7 players so you could have 4 guys and 3 girls. With 23 guys on the team you would think somebody would have a wife or girlfriend who could play. I would make a rule that only guys that can bring a girl to play get to play, that usually works.Another huge problem you are going to have is with 23 guys you will only get to play once every 5 innings, that is no fun. Many leagues cap the roster at 20 as well, so I would check to see how many people you can actually have on a team.
