Real Yankees fans only please...How do you really feel about A-Rod?
Question:Here is how I feel: I like him, and want him to do well, but yes, I'm going to be hard on him. I want him to earn those pinstripes. I'm glad he's off to a great start, but I want him to do it in the postseason.
So Yankees fans, tell me, what is your real feeling about A-Rod?

What's up with the Twins tonight?
He is an amazing player and if he can do something in October then I will stop booing himHow can four outs be recorded in half an inning?
He will go down as the best ever. He should be playing short not Jeter. The Yankees havent had enough pitching to win not AROD's fault. Idiots only blame it on him and not the facts. Is there anyway to watch or listen to Giants games live online for free?
Love him, but agree with you, we need to be hard on him. pinstripes and big bucks gotta be earned.Who is your favourite team in baseball?
I don't like his personality, but cannot argue that he is a great player. He needs to continue to play well to justify the rediculous contract he has. Either way, I think he opts out of his contract next year and heads to a more media/fan friendly team like the Angels.Do the Yankees have any chemistry?
He will cool down be hard at him.Name the opening day lineup for theOakland A's in 1968?
I love A-rod, he is so eager to please which is what gets him in those droughts sometimes. He geniunely wants to be accepted in New York and he tries very hard. The only problem is that the pressure he puts on himself makes him choke occasionally. I wish for Alex to have a successful BOO-free career in New York.Major League Baseball Player equipment listing site or database?
He is awesome. I think it is a load of s**t when he gets boo's. No one on the team came through in the post season the last two years, yet everyone wants to blame him. I love the Yankees and was ecstatic to get him. During his "supposedly" bad year last year, he led the team in RBI's and had 35 Homeruns. And when sombody of his caliber is willing to change positions to play for a certain team, then he obviously really wanted to be with the Yankees.I mean I love Jeter but A-Rod is the best "shortstop" in MLB!Looking for a site/link with the longest current hitting streaks?
I'm glad he's really turned it around this year losing weight and developing more power to the opposite field, but if he throws up another no show in the playoffs he has to leaveWhy is Barry Bonds so f***ing good?
I like a-rod, he is kinda in a no win situation. Yankee fans who give him a hard time, will be silent if he opts out and goes to the Angels or worse, the red sox. I think he will stay, I hope so. He costs the yanks 14 mil a year as texas picks up the remaining. Who else it going to play 3rd base ? True, his post season numbers are not up there. But time and time again, the Yankees biggest problems in the post season has been PITCHING! Starting pitching, throughout the year. Our bullpen is GOOD, but they get worn out, from having to pitch from the 5th or 6th inning EVERY night. This year has been no different. Randy Johnson's era was 5 last year and won 17 games. Does that sound like something arod not hitting in the clutch is causing them to lose? In Oct it's all about pitching, that is the # 1 reason we have not hung around too long!Where will Edward Easley go in the MLB draft?
I am RED SOX fan, but I intend to respond anyway!! You ask!! We respond!! A-Rod is one of the truly great players in the game today!! How dare you measure his greatness by what he does in the playoffs!! Does your boss evaluate you on 4-7 days of your work or on the total performance over the year?? Don't be ridiculous in your demands. He is a "natural" at shortstop and plays a decent third base. He is among the best hitters in the game today. New York fans, especially Yankee duds like you, do not deserve to have great players like him. It was really nice of you to say you "like" him. I am sure he will be forever grateful for your deep insight and patronizing compliment.
Chow!!
Trivia: When was the first playoff game and who played in it?
gotta love A-Rod! Yep, he messed up towards the end of last season. Yep, he led the league in errors. The only reason this was actually noticed by anyone is b/c they were ticked by how much $$$ he was making in the first place. Unfortunately, now he doesn't get the respect he deserves, but I think he's a great player. Although I do think Jeter is the better shortstop, but I guess that's just personal opinion. Will They Still sing "god Bless America" in the 7th inning in the New Yankee Stadium?
I'm sorry, I'm a die hard Red Sox fan and I had to answer this question. I think A-Rod is one of the greatest hitters in the game today. I think he thrives on low pressure situations which is why he isn't a great clutch hitter. But, this also makes it hard for him to perform in front of 50,000 Yankee fans. I would love to see him come to Boston, but I don't think he would do to well either here (but still, anything is a step up from Mike Lowell). If he really wants to do well he needs to be on a good team with a non Fenway/Wrigley/Yankee Stadium type fans. I think his best fit would be playing either short of third in Toronto.Who In the NL Central is going to get hot and give the Brewers a run.?
i am a YANKEES fan and i personally think that is something wrong here with him and not only because of this season start, for the last 3 seasons, well thats just my opinion, like it or not.-one million people who love him and 1 who dont-
Who's going to win? Red Sox or Yankee's?
You know something? I was very upset last yr with Ny Fans,Listen i know Arod didn't come through in a clutch,But neither did the other 28 players we had! Everytime we lost it was Arod's fault! What about the Moose? he couldn't even hold on to a 3-1 lead! Wright only pitched 4 innings! Mr slugger (Sheffield) hit squats! No one came through,Arod was delt a bum hand! I guess this yr he has a different attitude,he got alot off his chest this winter! if ny doesn't give him the respect he deserves he's gone! And i would hate for that to happen!More Questions & Answers...
