Autographs on Baseballs?
Question:My father recently passed and I've been going thru alot of his old baseball stuff. I'm 37, and remember as a kid going to old Municipal stadium (Cleveland) he'd always bring baseballs and get them signed........ Well I came across these balls. He had 12 balls, it seems like these players autographs on the balls are from 1975-1978 (recognize names during that era).....Each team has their own ball...
They are on American League baseballs.
He also has 1 ball (generic baseball) signed by what seems to be 18 names of Black Ball players? I noticed Buck Oneils name...this ball may be the last of the living players from the negro league? I dont know, I'm asking.........
How do I find out about this stuff? What are baseballs like this worth? thanks for your help.

Should George Steinbrenner fire Joe Torre now?
I'd say your best place to start looking is talk wth a few places that deal in sports collectibles. I have a baseball with a bunch of autographs from The Pittsburgh Pirates around the late 70s early 80s myself but I'm not interested in selling it.How to you become a sports agent?
