no.. the red sox system goes down as far as rookie ball. which is the league a player can go into after being drafted in the amatuer draft either out of high school or college. Major League Baseball does provide a league for teenagers called RBI (Reviving Baseball in Inner-cities) but the league has no real ties to any major league program.
