Answers:

Will Felix be a cy young candidate at the end of the season?

I don't know what "stats" book El Captain's looking at, but:

In the N.L.:

The Cincinnati Reds were no-hit in 1940.

The Mets were no-hit in 1969 by Bob Moose of the Pirates.

The Pirates were no hit in 1971

The Dodgers were no hit in 1981

The Dodgers were also no hit in 1988

As for the A.L.:

The White Sox were no hit in 1917

The Yankees were no hit in 1952

The A's were no hit in 1973 AND 1974

You can get the details at:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/list_of_maj...

which lists all no hitters in major league history.

The 1952 no-hitter against the Yankees was thrown by Virgil Trucks of the Detroit Tigers. Trucks pitched TWO no-hitters that season, but his final W/L record was 5 wins and 19 loses. (He was actually an excellent pitcher, winning 177 games and losing 135 in his 17 year major league career, and he was 5th in the MVP vote in 1953, the very next year. Trucks probably would have won 200 games were it not for his serving in World War II).
