Which player, other than Albert Pujols, has a good shot at winning a Triple Crown in the future?
Question:I think Miguel Cabrera will develop into an even better hitter than Pujols so I think he's got a shot. Also Delmon Young looks like he could develop into one of the best hitters of all time.

Miguel Cabrera has not done what Pujols has done. Pujols is one of a kind. Cabrera is a good player but not on the level as Pujols. No one will come close to winning it in the NL other than Pujols. This is a great thought provoking question, but to be honest I just don't see anyone pulling it off.You've got to figure at least around a .340 batting average, over 50 homeruns, and probably over 140 RBI. I see a bunch of people who have potential for the power numbers, but hitting .340? Ortiz? No. Soriano? No. A-Rod? No. Ryan Howard? No.
I know I'll never get best answer, but I just don't see anyone doing it at this time, unless there's an off year and the batting champ hits .315 or so...

I agree that if somebody is going to do it, Pujols is the front-runner. I've been saying for a couple years that Cabrera is a poor man's Pujols, but I don't think he will develop to be a better hitter.I'll give you my top 5 in each league:
