Personally I've never heard of a song called three caroline's but I do know, since I am a Red Sox fan, that they play a song by the name of Sweet Caroline by Neil Diamond. Sweet Caroline along with Tessie are the Red Sox's two theme songs. When the Sox won the series a few years ago you could hear the song being played in the background.
