No sites show MLB games for free. At least not legally. But many MLB gamers are broadcast in other languages, including Spanish.

There is nowhere online to watch MLB baseball for free.
The closest free option would be MLB Gameday. You cant watch, but it gives you up to date scores and statistics in close to real-time. To get to that, just go to www.mlb.com and click on the baseball field icon for a game in progress. (Yahoo has a similar thing but its not as good)
If you really want to watch you can get mlb.tv basic for $14.95/month or $89.95/year (Premium is a little more). Right now there is a 5-day free trial promotion if you're interested.

They broadcast in spanish usually.
